Head() is not meant to be used for validaty, it is used for retreiving
resource info without downloading the resource first. The only validaty
that Head() can offer you is to throw an error if the URL cannot be accessed
for any reason. That is not a true validaty check, only a workaround.
Head() could fail for a number of reasons that do not necessarily mean that
the URL is invalid in general.
