I tried
in the oncommandget event :

if arequestinfo.Command = 'POST' then
  begin
  m_Stream := TFileStream.Create('d:\bekommen.bmp', fmCreate);
  arequestinfo.PostStream.Position := 0;
  m_stream.copyfrom(arequestinfo.PostStream,arequestinfo.PostStream.Size);
  m_stream.Free;
  end;

but arequestinfo.poststream is always nil
