|Subject:||Timeout with Connect|

I asked before in borland.public.delphi.internet.winsock, but didn't get a
reply, so I'll try again here.
I am calling IdNNTP.Connect(120000), but it seems like the timeout value is
ignored. My log file says:
30606671: Connecting to NNTP [host]:119 [$000006A4]
30627953: Socket Error # 10060; Connection timed out. [$000006A4]
The first number is the TickCount, so I received a timeout after about 21
seconds instead of 120 seconds.
Anyone has any ideas how this could possibly happen?
Using Indy 9.00.14 with D6.
