Are you running the program inside the IDE debugger at the time, by chance?
If so, then that is perfectly normal behavior. Indy uses exceptions
internally. The debugger is designed to catch all exceptions that are
thrown. Simply press F9 to pass the exception back to the program for
normal handling. Have a look at the following article for more information:
