Yes,

Indy 9.0.14. for Delphi

I have just come across this type of problem with a client that is using
WinME and connecting to a local server, below is an error report from
EuekaLog (Very useful add-on) which shows the line of code that it thinks
has "Locked" the app. This line is the silent exception for graceful closure
when checking if connected. It appears the exception is never thrown or is
looping round some how? Still investigating, hope to have more logging later
today so see if this on the first time it is checked or when it is called
when receiving mail.

How this sheds some more light on the problem.
