The local IP addresses are easy enough to get, just use the global
GStack.LocalAddresses property.

The local netmasks, on the other hand, are not natively provided by Indy at
all.  The only ways I know to get them is via the Win32 API
GetAdaptersInfo() function, or via Microsoft's undocumented INETMIB1.DLL
file.
