Yes. TIdUDPClient and TIdUDPServer both derive from TIdUDPBase, which has
a Broadcast() method available.

A machine can have multiple networks installed. For Indy servers, the
Bindings collection lets the server know which specific adapter(s) to listen
for client connections on. For Indy clients, the BoundIP and BoundPort
properties tell the client which specific adapter to use for outbound

Google does not pick up Indy's newsgroups at all. You have to look in the
