|Subject:||Time zone in email message date|

When using Indy 10 (as included with Delphi 2006) to send out email, the
Date: header in the message shows the date on my local computer (correct)
with a time zone of +0000 instead of +0700. I am NOT setting the Date
property in TIdMessage, assuming Indy will fill that out automatically.
The time zone is properly set in my computer's date and time settings.
Is Indy 10 supposed to auto-detect my computer's time zone?
The world's most powerful grep tool just got better.
