There is nothing in Indy that deals with subnet masks at all.  You have to
go to the OS directly for that.  You could use Indy to retreive the local
IPs, and then use the Win32 API GetAdaptersInfo() function to look up the
masks (you can also use GetAdaptersInfo() to get the local IPs as well as
their masks).
