That message is malformed to begin with. The "Content-Transfer-Encoding"
header says that the body is base64 encoded, but the actual body data
contains non-base64 data in it (specifically, the envelope data). If you
load the .eml file into Outlook Express, for example, then you will see
garbage at the end of the message text. You will have to manually remove
the envelope data before the base64 can then be decoded properly.
