I use Indy 10.1.5 Snapshot (indy10.zip). eg

1. Extract to ..\Indy base folder

2. Add following paths to library path

    ..\Indy\Lib\Core
    ..\Indy\Lib\Protocol
    ..\Indy\Lib\System

3. Open and COMPILE ONLY (in order)

    ..\Indy\Lib\System\IndySystem70.dpk
    ..\Indy\Lib\IndyCore70.dpk
    ..\Indy\Protocols\IndyProtocols70.dpk

4. Open and INSTALL ONLY

...\Indy\Lib\Core\dclIndyCore70.dpk
...\Indy\Lib\Protocols\dclIndyProtocols70.dpk
