You did not compile Indy with the "BCB" conditional defined for the
packages. TIdIPAddress does indeed have an array property that is not
compatible with C++, and is thus IFDEF'ed out when compiling for C++,
but only if "BCB" is defined. The FULLC#.BAT command-line scripts do
define "BCB", but those scripts have not been updated for BDS yet.
