When REGISTER_EXPECTED_MEMORY_LEAK is defined Indy calls
SysRegisterExpectedMemoryLeak() in IdThread and IdStack if IDFREEONFINAL is
not defined. This works fine with the defualt memory manager but not when
using FastMM4 explicitly as SysRegisterExpectedMemoryLeak() does not exist
there. IMO it would be better to call RegisterExpectedMemoryLeak()whic
would work transparently in both scenarios.
