|Subject:||IdHTTPServer and Vista issue|

I am using Delphi 2006 with stock Indy 10. I have an application that uses IdHTTPServer with no problems under Windows XP. However, under Vista it is unable to respond to requests. I am relatively sure that the issue is a Vista permissions problem, but I have no idea what that would be.
I put up a message for every possible event in the HTTP server. On XP, it starts with one ?after bind? and one ?before listener run?.
In Vista, on startup, an extra ?before listener run? is generated.
When making a request through a browser in XP the following events fire:
Create Post Stream
On Vista none of the 4 get generated (I assume the connect itself is failing).
I have tried disabling the Firewall and other high level settings to no avail.
If anyone has any suggestions about what could be blocking this, I would greatly appreciate them.
