This would be rather in a.i.p.http...
Are you sure you don't have another program listenning on the same port ?
You can also try to set IdHttpServer.ReuseSocket to rsTrue, this will
force Indy to set SO_REUSEADDR flag of socket options, and sometimes
solves this kind of problem.
