TIdMultiPartFormDataStream is currently buggy in the current snapshot. When
it was updated awhile back ago to support user-defined text encodings, its
field size calculations were broken by accident, and have not been fixed
yet. That causes TIdIOHandler.Write(TStream) to try to read more bytes than
TIdMultiPartFormDataStream actually has available.
