Official port assignments are registered with IANA (see =
http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers). Port 9090 is officially =
registered to WebSM. That does not mean you can't use it, though. You =
can use any port you want that is not in use by any other running =
application. If you try to use a port that is already in use, you will =
get an error in your code at runtime.
