EIdProtocolReplyError is only raised when the receiver of the command
actively fails the command.  For an FTP server to cause
EIdProtocolReplyError to be raised, the server probably does not support
Passive mode to begin with.  However, the fact that the error message says
"Entering Passive Mode" suggests that the FTP server does support Passive
mode, but did not send back a valid response that TIdFTP recognizes.  Can
you please show your actual code, and a log showing the actual TCP
communications between your client and the server?  You can use TIdLogEvent
or TIdLogFile to get the communications log.
