The Target property is no longer implemented for TIdLogDebug in either Indy
9 or 10. TIdLogDebug is specific to calling OutputDebug() only. If you
want to perform file-based logging, use TIdLogFile instead. If you want to
perform event-based logging, use TIdLogEvent instead.
