For Indy 10 (not sure about exact syntax in Indy 9) you can specify the
range of ports to use, e.g.

FTPClient.DataPortMin:=2048;
FTPClient.DataPortMax:=2068;

Just pick a range of ports that doesn't collide with something else
(never pick anything below 1024) and if using a firewall these ports
need to be open.
