TIdFTP already supports sends those exact commands.  Set the
ProxySettings.ProxyType property to fpcmUserHostFireWallID.  Then you fill
in the values using the following properties:

username = main Username property
host = filled in automatially
proxyusername = ProxySettings.UserName property
hostpassword = main Password property
proxypass = ProxySettings.Password property

If that still does not work for you, then you can set the
ProxySettings.ProxyType property to fpcmCustomProxy and use the
OnCustomFTPProxy event to log in manually.
