You need to upgrade to a newer 10.1.5 snapshot. There was a bug in an
earlier version where TIdIOHandler.Write(Stream) tried to buffer the entire
stream contents into memory before then sending it over the socket. For
large streams, that is usually a fatal operation, as you are running into.
