You have set both the ACanOverwrite and AResume parameters of Get() to True.
That is not an invalid combination when the file exists locally. You cannot
resume the file and overwrite the file at the same time. If you are trying
to download the entire file then you need to set the AResume parameter to
False so that the existing file gets deleted before then being downloaded.
Otherwise, if you are trying to resume a previously broken transfer, then
you need to set the ACanOverwrite parameter to False instead so that the
data is appended to the end of the existing file.
