We use IdFTP (Indy version 9.0.3-B) to upload files to a server. I had
a client today who was receiving a 10054 error. He switched from his
wired connection to a wireless and was able to upload with no problem.
I know the definition for this error is "An existing connection was
forcibly closed by the remoter host. This normally results if the
application on the remote host is suddenly stopped, the host is
rebooted, or the remote host used a "hard close"." I know the server
is not being stopped or rebooted.
The user says his internet connection is through Time Warner. Could
this issue be caused at the router level? I am assuming his wired
connection is connected to a different router than his wireless
