TIdReplyFTP uses IdGlobal.IsNumeric() internally, which in turn ultimately
calls the compiler's Val() function. A 3-digit string of '+44' is
considered a valid integer by Val(), which is apparently throwing off
TIdReplyFTP's processing. That will need to be addressed.
