Look at the ContentRangeStart and ContentRangeEnd properties of the
ARequestInfo and AResponseInfo parameters of the OnCommandGet event handler.
The client can specify the range of bytes to download, rather than
downloading all of them. When you return the data back, return only the
range of bytes specified.
