While doing debugging I stepped on strange behavior.
The specified ReadTimeout really triples.
If I specify 5000ms, it raises timeout exception in 15000ms
If I specify 10000ms, it raises timeout exception in 30000ms
If I specify 15000ms, it raises timeout exception in 45000ms

        try
          fHttpClient.ReadTimeout := 5000;
          aResponse := fHttpClient.Post( fUrl, aContentStream );
        except
          on EIdReadTimeout do begin
          HandleHttpTimeout( fHttpClient.ReadTimeout );
          EXIT;
        end;

Am I mistaken or it is really streching original time?
