That is a known issue. The problem is that a recent update to
TIdIOHandler.Write(TIdStream) enabled write buffering for the stream. The
issue is under discussion by Indy's developers. Until an official fix is
posted, you'll just have to manually take out the write buffering from
TIdIOHandler.Write(TIdStream) and then recompile Indy.
