Those are intentional leaks.  Look at the comments at the bottom of Indy's
IdThread.pas and IdStack.pas source files.  What ships with D2007 is NOT the
latest Indy 10 that is available.  Recent updates are more aware of FastMM
so those leaks can be registered, and thus not logged at shutdown.
