Why are you doing that?  You shouldn't be.  As I told you yesterday,
the NNTP class has methods to handle all of that kind of stuff for
you.  I guess you did not read the documentation yet.  For example:

    Dim _NNTP As New NNTP

    _NNTP.Username = "*********"
    _NNTP.Password = "*********"
    _NNTP.Connect("news.*********.com")

    Dim oFileStream As System.IO.FileStream
    oFileStream = New System.IO.FileStream("c:\test\data.txt",
System.IO.FileMode.Create)

_NNTP.GetBody("<part120of403.9$J4GI0BbN3g8urpuO…@powerpost2000AA.loca
l>", oFileStream)

    oFileStream.Close()
