You could use WriteStrings() instead, then you do not need to loop yourself
at all:

    ASender->Thread->Connection->WriteStrings(XMessage);

Also, since you are loading a file as-is, you need to make sure that your
file has the correct formatting for a proper RFC-compliant message in
general.
