It is possible, but you are talking about the SMTP protocol for sending, not

When you create the e-mail, set the recipients, cc or bcc as required, then
It is normally left down to the first receiving smtp server to generate the
individual messages required.
You can parse the addresses youself, and create an e-mail with only one
address in at a time, and deliver them that way.
