Having trouble with using TIdPop3/TIdSMTP components on email servers that
require authorization such as email.msn.com.  Trying to connect to the
server results in a 'command not implemented' if APOP is False, or 'Server
do not support APOP (no timestamp)' error if APOP is True.  Trying to send
messages to the server results in the SMTP component returning a 'mailbox
unavailable' error, even with AuthenticationType set to atLogin and valid
username/credentials.  This happens even with the MailDemo project supplied
with the library.  If I setup the same account in Outlook Express, it has no
problems sending/receiving emails.  If I specify non-SA servers, the library
can send/receive emails without problems.

What can I do to resolve this?
