Not until you can provide steps to reproduce the problem. It would be
especially helpful if you can produce a log of the actual commands and
responses that were issued from both sides of the connection. You can
attach a TIdLogFile to the TIdPOP3's Intercept property to produce that log.
Otherwise, use a separate packet snipper instead.

If they are not conformant, then they should not be in the wild to begin
with. The RFCs exist for a reason, and the POP3 protocol is very strict in
regards to what kinds of responses must be issued for commands.
