TIdPop3Server doesn't have any dynamic resources in the first place, other
than initializing the command handler entries, but those resources are owned
by the VCL and freed accordingly, thus there is nothing for TIdPop3Server to
leak. Any resource usage you are seeing would have to be in your own event
handler code and such.
