POP3 does not use numerical reply codes at all.  It uses "+OK" and "-ERR"
textual codes instead.  TIdPOP3Server should not be trying to use the 200
reply code at all.  Looking into it reveals that the base class
TIdCmdTCPServer is the one actually adding 200 as one of its default
responses.  That won't work for TIdPOP3Server, so that needs to be
addressed.
