I guess it would give the message as it came trough the network, without decoding.
As output TIdStream or TIdStrings can be given, but how to do this in managed C++ ? i cant define such types.
I need to do this cause TIdMessage can't correctly decode different character encodings, as i described on atozedsoftware.indy.dotnet thread.
