That is wrong.  You need to create an instance of the actual class for the
particular proxy type you want to use, either "SocksInfo" or
"ConnectThroughHttpProxy".

Exactly.  CustomTransparentProxy doesn't do anything by itself.  It is a
base class for other classes.
