AppendMsg() calls TIdMessage.SaveToFile() to save the message to a temporary
file, and then uploads the file to the server. What you describe is caused
by a design limitation in how the TIdMessage.SaveTo...() methods are
implemented. Those limitations affect other things besides IMAP, and are
unfortunately not an easy thing to fix in Indy's current architecture
without some big re-writes to how Indy handles messages in general.
