As it should be. The AttachmentCount (and TextPartCount and
RelatedPartCount) property is only updated when the
MessageParts.CountParts() method is called, which is not done until the
message is actually being sent. That has no bearing on the TIdMessage's
ability to send the attachment, though. Something else has to be going on.
