No. The Content-Disposition handling is hard-coded into TIdMessageClient.
You cannot prevent it from being sent, unless you re-write TIdMessageClient.
Why would you want to do that anyway? Content-Disposition is important to
have. It tells the receiver of the message how the attachment is supposed
to be processed.
