Yes. Use TIdDNSResolver to request the MX records for each recipient's
domain. An MX record contains the IP address(es) of the email server that
you should send messages to.

Yes. The same happens with the CC list as well. Since the BCC recipients
do not appear in the message data at all, you san forward the data as-is for
