So? The strings are not localized when they are generated, and do not need
to be localized when compared. The message content is required to contain
the exact same boundary text that is declared in the message headers, and
boundaries are compared as-is without any translation of any kind. The fact
that there is a double-A in the boundary is irrelevant.
