There are a lot of places in Indy where Unicode would be nice to support,
but doing so would not only break support for Win32 VCL (which does not
support Uncode for the most part) as well as support for legacy Indy code.
With that said, if you switch to .NET, all strings are natively Unicode, and
thus all Indy string operations are inheritantly Unicode-aware.
