TIdMessage does not generate the message data until it is already in the act
of being sent. The only way to get the data size ahead of time is to save
the TIdMessage to a TStream or a file, and then get the size of that
instead. However, the size is not guaranteed to be exactly the same as what
TIdMessage actually sends because the data is dynamically generated, so some
fields may have different sizes each time the data is re-created.
