Indy replaces many invalid characters in filenames. Because Indy runs
on both multiple Windows versions and Linux, and because emails can
come from many operating systems with different filenaming conventions,
a lot of characters can get replaced.
I think the space gets replaced because of Linux, but oddly Microsoft
does not consider that a space is a valid character as per the list at
the end of the following article:
