Which version of Indy are you using?
TIdSMTP in Indy 9 and earlier will stop sending the message on the first
error that is encountered. There is nothing you can do to make TIdSMTP not
do that, unless you send to each recipient individually. Otherwie, to
support multiple recipients in a single message, you will just have to send
all of the necessary SMTP commands manually so you can implement your own
error handling as needed.
TIdSMTP in Indy 10, on the other hand, has a new OnFailedRecipient event
that you can use to continue sending the message if at least one recipient
