I have a BDS 2006 installation where I recently replaced the Indy that
shipped with it. I changed to the snapshot of Tiburon Indy. I now have the
problem that any attachments I send with TidSMTP and TidAttachmentFile end
up minus their original name at the receiving end. They have names like
I found a message from xxx titled "Delphi 2009 email attachment difference"
which seems to talk about this. I gained the impression that it was a bug
in Indy 10 file idMessageClient.pas that was to be fixed. Is it not fixed
in the Tubiron build? I'm a little hazy as to whether I should have
switched to Tiburon. I gained the impression that this would be the main
thread of development for Indy from now on.
