Indy 10 only supports "base64" and "quoted-printable" transfer types at this
time. Anything else is treated as "7bit". "8bit" is on the TODO list.

Wait for an official update to be released. In the meantime, you can try
updating your copy of TIdMessageClient to use Indy8BitEncoding() as the
TIdTextEncoding parameter to ReadLnRFC() when the
"Content-Transfer-Encoding" is set to "8bit".
